古埃及雕像从技术而言是写实主义雕塑艺术，古埃及艺术家按写实主义的原则真实而朴素地塑造人体，即使是法老的雕像也不例外。古埃及雕像在法老的强权统治下，呈现程式化雕塑和绘画的鲜明特点。在古埃及雕像中，大多数全身人像都是裸体的。从普遍夸张的人体雕塑来看，裸体更容易使人唤起人体美的视觉冲击。古埃及雕塑对世界雕塑艺术产生了深刻影响，作出了巨大贡献。

From the viewpoint of technology, ancient Egyptian sculpture is a kind of art realism. The ancient Egyptian artists carefully studied human body＇s visual shape, and built body in accordance with the realist principles. Under the Pharaoh＇s dominance, the ancient Egyptian statues present us the characteristics of stylized sculpture and paintings of distinctive features. In ancient Egyptian statures, almost all the body statues are naked. From the universal exaggerated female breast, pubic and male genital,naked body shape can easily arouse people＇s magic feelings. Ancient Egyptian sculpture had a great influence on the world＇s sculpture art and made great contribution to the world＇s art development.
