本文利用我国1999～2010年的行业面板数据,从工业行业和行业技术水平的角度实证分析了垂直专业、人力资本与中国工业企业技术创新之间的关系。结果表明：垂直专业化促进了20个工业行业和13个制造业技术创新活动的提高,并用垂直专业化的滞后变量验证了其结果的稳健性;从行业技术水平的角度看,垂直专业化也促进了劳动资源密集型、低中技术制造业和高技术制造业技术创新能力的提高;人力资本及其吸收能力显著提升了各行业工业企业的技术创新。
本文利用我國1999～2010年的行業麵闆數據,從工業行業和行業技術水平的角度實證分析瞭垂直專業、人力資本與中國工業企業技術創新之間的關繫。結果錶明：垂直專業化促進瞭20箇工業行業和13箇製造業技術創新活動的提高,併用垂直專業化的滯後變量驗證瞭其結果的穩健性;從行業技術水平的角度看,垂直專業化也促進瞭勞動資源密集型、低中技術製造業和高技術製造業技術創新能力的提高;人力資本及其吸收能力顯著提升瞭各行業工業企業的技術創新。
본문이용아국1999～2010년적행업면판수거,종공업행업화행업기술수평적각도실증분석료수직전업、인력자본여중국공업기업기술창신지간적관계。결과표명：수직전업화촉진료20개공업행업화13개제조업기술창신활동적제고,병용수직전업화적체후변량험증료기결과적은건성;종행업기술수평적각도간,수직전업화야촉진료노동자원밀집형、저중기술제조업화고기술제조업기술창신능력적제고;인력자본급기흡수능력현저제승료각행업공업기업적기술창신。
The artical analyzes the influence on vertical specialization and Chinese industrial,human capital and technological innovation in industry and industrial technology by using using industrial panel data from 1999 to 2005 of China.The results that vertical specialization promotes Chinese industrial technological innovation in 20 induetries and 13 manufacturing induetries,and the lag variables of vertical specialization shows the robustness of the results.From the point of the technological level of industries,vertical specialization promotes Chinese industrial technological innovation on labor resource intensive,low and medium technology manufacturing and high-techmanufacturing.Human capital and its absorb capacity all promotes Chinese industrial technological innovation.
