突破性创新从破坏程度和适应性两个方面对互补性资产产生影响，突破性创新还会在一定程度上对企业的原有互补性资产产生影响，包括对原有互补性资产产生破坏作用和企业内互补性资产的重构有利于突破性创新转化为企业新的竞争优势。重构企业互补性资产需要经历战略定位、互补性资产的筛选、互补性资产的构建、互补性资产的重组与整合四个阶段。

From the aspects of distress severity and adaptability, this article expounds the impact of radical innovation on complementary assets and clarifies the influences of radical innovation on the existing complementary assets, including destructive effects on the existing complementary assets and new enterprise competitive advantages which are transformed fi＇om radical innovation due to reorganization of enterprises＇complementary assets. Based on a great deal of case analysis, this paper also puts forward the idea of reorganization of enterprises＇ complementary assets and its procedures, which are divided into four phases： strategic positioning, screening of complementary assets, structure of complementary assets and recombination of complementary assets.
