加强行政文化的研究和建设,是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义、全面建成小康社会的重要任务。当代中国,社会、经济领域已经并继续发生广泛和深刻的变革,研究行政领域的理论和实践问题,必须研究行政文化的理论和实践问题;研究深化行政体制改革问题,必须研究行政文化建设问题。通过对我国首届行政文化论坛的专家观点做简明梳理,以论证行政文化和行政体制改革是认识与实践的关系。
加彊行政文化的研究和建設,是堅持和髮展中國特色社會主義、全麵建成小康社會的重要任務。噹代中國,社會、經濟領域已經併繼續髮生廣汎和深刻的變革,研究行政領域的理論和實踐問題,必鬚研究行政文化的理論和實踐問題;研究深化行政體製改革問題,必鬚研究行政文化建設問題。通過對我國首屆行政文化論罈的專傢觀點做簡明梳理,以論證行政文化和行政體製改革是認識與實踐的關繫。

To strengthen the construction of the administrative culture is an important task which supports the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the comprehensive well-off society.The society and economy has been changing widely and profoundly in contemporary China.The theoretical study and practical problems concerning administrative areas must be based on the administrative culture research of the theoretical and practical problems concerned.The deepening reform research of the administrative system is built on the construction of the administrative culture.This paper reports the latest information on The Administrative Culture Committee — the first of its kind in the country.It shows the dialectical relationship bewteen administrative culture and administrative system reform.
