参考群体,特别是其中的归属群体,是大学生亲社会思想的影响者及行为的引领者。文章通过情景模拟实验验证了不同群体及不同群体规范下大学生的亲社会行为。实验结果显示,在不同群体、不同群体规范影响下,大学生的亲社会行为表现大相径庭,且归属群体对大学生亲社会行为的鼓励是他们亲社会的最重要动力。

Reference groups,especially the vested groups among them are leading college students＇ pro-social thoughts and guiding their pro-social behaviors.This article inspects and verifies college students＇ pro-social behaviors under the influence of different groups and their norms by means of situational simulated experiment.The experimental results prove that college students＇ pro-social behaviors are quite different under the influence of different groups and their norms,and the encouragement from the vested groups plays the most important role in college students＇ pro-social behaviors.
