本文验证了非正式制度对贷款契约的作用。以我国城商行为样本，本文检验了地区信用环境与银行贷款组合的关系，并考察了信用在不同法律保护下作用的差异。结果表明信用环境越好，城商行越会发放信用贷款、个人贷款及短期贷款，在考虑内生性问题后结论依然稳健。我们进一步按法律保护程度进行分组检验，表明信用环境对以上贷款的作用只在法律保护较差的地区才存在，且银行选择贷款组合时依据的情况也存在差异：在选择担保形式时，银行主要根据法律较差地区的情况进行决策，而在决定贷款性质及期限结构时则相反。

This paper verifies the impact of informal institution on loan contract. We examine the relationship between local credit environment and banks loan portfolios using the sample of the City Commercial Banks （ CCB）, and investigate the role of credit in different legal protection environment. The results indicate that the better the credit environment, the more the CCB will supply credit loans, personal loans and short - term loans. And the conclusions are still robust after considering the endogenous problem. We further inspect the relation- ship grouping by the degree of legal protection, and results show that the impact of credit on loan portfolios only exists in the area of poor legal protection. And there has differences in which banks depend on when choosing loan portfolios and banks will focus more on the situation in poor legal protection when choosing loans＇ collateral type while in loan property and term structure is on the contrast. Finally, we also inspect problems such as cross - regional operations and confirm the robustness of conclusions.
