在我国现行社会制度条件下，发展民生金融对保障与改善民生、缩小贫富差距、保持社会和谐稳定、实现社会经济可持续发展具有重要意义和作用。我国金融业应当牢固树立“民生金融”理念，切实转变金融服务方式，持续推动民生金融业务创新。在制度与政策层面上，应从民生需求出发调整金融机构设置，制定和调整民生金融政策法规，实施支持民生金融的财政税收政策措施，建立健全民生金融风险管理保障机制。
在我國現行社會製度條件下，髮展民生金融對保障與改善民生、縮小貧富差距、保持社會和諧穩定、實現社會經濟可持續髮展具有重要意義和作用。我國金融業應噹牢固樹立“民生金融”理唸，切實轉變金融服務方式，持續推動民生金融業務創新。在製度與政策層麵上，應從民生需求齣髮調整金融機構設置，製定和調整民生金融政策法規，實施支持民生金融的財政稅收政策措施，建立健全民生金融風險管理保障機製。
재아국현행사회제도조건하，발전민생금융대보장여개선민생、축소빈부차거、보지사회화해은정、실현사회경제가지속발전구유중요의의화작용。아국금융업응당뢰고수립“민생금융”이념，절실전변금융복무방식，지속추동민생금융업무창신。재제도여정책층면상，응종민생수구출발조정금융궤구설치，제정화조정민생금융정책법규，실시지지민생금융적재정세수정책조시，건립건전민생금융풍험관리보장궤제。
In China＇s current social conditions, development of the people＇s livelihood financial security has an important sig- nificance and function on improving people＇s livelihood, narrowing the gap between rich and poor, maintaining social harmony and stability, and achieving sustainable development of society and economy. China＇s financial industry should establish the ＂ the people＇s livelihood finance＂ concept, change the financial services mode, and continually promote the people＇s livelihood finance business innovation. In the level of system and policy, we should adjust the financial institutions from the needs of people＇s livelihood, establish and adjust the financial policies and regulations, implement the fiscal and taxation policies and measures to support the people＇s livelihood finance, establish and improve the guarantee mechanism of people＇s livelihood fi- nancial risk management.
