构建现代职业教育体系，培养各层次职业技术人才是我国未来十年教育改革发展的重要战略。针对我国职业教育体系构建中存在的突出问题提出，以举办“技术本科”为突破口，构建现代职业教育体系，衔接职业教育各层次，沟通普通教育的相关构想；同时，提出大力发展技术本科教育的思路和政策建议。
構建現代職業教育體繫，培養各層次職業技術人纔是我國未來十年教育改革髮展的重要戰略。針對我國職業教育體繫構建中存在的突齣問題提齣，以舉辦“技術本科”為突破口，構建現代職業教育體繫，銜接職業教育各層次，溝通普通教育的相關構想；同時，提齣大力髮展技術本科教育的思路和政策建議。
구건현대직업교육체계，배양각층차직업기술인재시아국미래십년교육개혁발전적중요전략。침대아국직업교육체계구건중존재적돌출문제제출，이거판“기술본과”위돌파구，구건현대직업교육체계，함접직업교육각층차，구통보통교육적상관구상；동시，제출대력발전기술본과교육적사로화정책건의。
Building modem vocational education system and cuhivating professional technician of all levels are the important educational strategies in the next decade in our country. Aiming at the major problems of modern vocational education in our country, the paper mainly makes the following suggestions, such as providing 4-year technical education which is the breakthrough for constructing the system of modern vocational education, linking up with all levels of vocational education, connecting to general education and pushing the development of 4-year technical education.
