Socialism with Chinese characteristics takes shape and develops in the practice of reform and open- ing- up, and is the result of constant exploration and innovation of the people by adhering to the ideological line of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts under the leadership of the Party. The practical ex- ploration of socialism with Chinese characteristics possesses its inherent logic, reflecting the law of social de- velopment of contemporary China. And it has reaped remarkable achievements and has withstood the tests of facts.
