分析了森林碳生产的劳动力、资本、土地等主要构成要素，从森林碳生产函数出发，从要素价格、要素之间的替代性、要素环境等3个方面研究了森林碳生产的要素流动机理，提出通过落实国家节能减排政策、提高森林经营者的碳生产认知、完善森林碳生产土地要素管理、保障森林碳生产资金投入、完善碳排放权交易市场等5个方面来保障要素合理有效流动。
分析瞭森林碳生產的勞動力、資本、土地等主要構成要素，從森林碳生產函數齣髮，從要素價格、要素之間的替代性、要素環境等3箇方麵研究瞭森林碳生產的要素流動機理，提齣通過落實國傢節能減排政策、提高森林經營者的碳生產認知、完善森林碳生產土地要素管理、保障森林碳生產資金投入、完善碳排放權交易市場等5箇方麵來保障要素閤理有效流動。
분석료삼림탄생산적노동력、자본、토지등주요구성요소，종삼림탄생산함수출발，종요소개격、요소지간적체대성、요소배경등3개방면연구료삼림탄생산적요소류동궤리，제출통과락실국가절능감배정책、제고삼림경영자적탄생산인지、완선삼림탄생산토지요소관리、보장삼림탄생산자금투입、완선탄배방권교역시장등5개방면래보장요소합리유효류동。
Analyzed the major components including labor, capital and land, from the forest carbon production function, through the three aspects such as elements price, alternative between the ele- ments and elements environment to study forest carbon production＇s elements flow mechanism, put for- ward through five aspects such as the implementation of national energy conservation and emission re- duction policy, improving forest operators＇ carbon production cognitive, perfecting forest carbon pro- duction elements of land management, safeguarding forest carbon production funds and perfecting car- bon emissions trading market to ensure elements flow reasonably and effectively.
