结合复杂网络及多重不确定环境理论,分析节点无限扩展的分散控制逆向供应链碳足迹过程。在实际调研基础上,寻找EPR下苏州电子废旧品逆向供应链特点,发现影响其碳足迹系统协调性的问题,提出能优化配置逆向供应链中各种资源、大幅度提高多级多周期逆向供应链一体化计划决策效率和效益的建议,实现复杂不确定环境下逆向供应链的多阶碳足迹优化,对于促进逆向供应链低碳健康可持续发展、构建节约型和环境友好型社会,均有一定现实意义。

With the complex network and multiple uncertain environmental theories, this paper analyzes the carbon footprints in decentralized control reverse supply chain with infinitely expandable nodes. Based on the actual research, we explore the characteristics of Suzhou reverse supply chain of electronic waste materials under EPR, and the problems which affect the coordination of carbon footprint system. To optimize the carbon footprint in reverse supply chain under complex uncertain environments, we give some solutions which could optimize the various resources in reverse supply chain and substantially improve decision-making efficiency of the multi-level and multi-cycle integration plan. And this paper has a certain practical significance for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of low-carbon reverse supply chain and building a saving and environment-friendly society.
