改革开放以来,江西大量的人才流失到长珠闽地区,随着江西本土经济的纵深发展,把他们吸引回家乡投资创业,或投身现有民营企业共同发展,显得尤为必要。实施“面向长珠闽”的人才策略,吸引外流人才回乡发展是一项系统工程,必须由政府和企业来共同努力完成,这也是江西民营企业人才策略的必然选择。
改革開放以來,江西大量的人纔流失到長珠閩地區,隨著江西本土經濟的縱深髮展,把他們吸引迴傢鄉投資創業,或投身現有民營企業共同髮展,顯得尤為必要。實施“麵嚮長珠閩”的人纔策略,吸引外流人纔迴鄉髮展是一項繫統工程,必鬚由政府和企業來共同努力完成,這也是江西民營企業人纔策略的必然選擇。
개혁개방이래,강서대량적인재류실도장주민지구,수착강서본토경제적종심발전,파타문흡인회가향투자창업,혹투신현유민영기업공동발전,현득우위필요。실시“면향장주민”적인재책략,흡인외류인재회향발전시일항계통공정,필수유정부화기업래공동노력완성,저야시강서민영기업인재책략적필연선택。
Since the reform and opening up, a lot of Jiangxi talents have been drained to Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Southeast Fujian Economic Zone. Along with the further development of Jiangxi economy, it is necessary to attract them back to hometown to invest and start an undertaking, or join the existing private enterprises for joint development. It is a systematic engineering to implement the talent strategy orienting to Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Southeast Fujian Economic Zone to attract drained talent back to Jiangxi, which could be accomplished by common efforts of government and enterprises. Therefore, it is also an inevitable choice of talent strategy for Jiangxi private enterprises.
