以东亚峰会提出的将建立＂10＋6＂区域全面经济伙伴关系（RCEP）为研究范畴,认为＂10＋6＂经济体在建设自贸区的过程中,应顺应以服务贸易为主导的发展趋势,加强经济体服务贸易合作发展。目前,＂10＋6＂成员国间服务贸易合作发展程度较低,但其服务贸易占世界服务贸易比重不断提高,各成员国间随着经贸融合层次的不断提高,其服务贸易依存度在不断增强,从而为提高服务贸易合作发展水平奠定了基础。

This paper selects ＂10＋6＂ Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership（RCEP） as the studying object which was proposed by The East Asia Summit.We think that the ＂10＋6＂ economies should conform to the service trade as the leading trend in the process of constructing the free trade area and strengthen the economy cooperation in the service trade development.At present,although the service trade cooperation development degree between the ＂10＋6＂ member country is low,its service trade occupies an unceasingly proportion in the world service trade and the integration level between the members has an unceasing enhancement.At the same time,the service trade dependence also improves,which lays a foundation for the ＂10＋6＂ in the cooperation in service trade.
