教师的实践性知识是左右教师教育教学行为的关键性因素。而实践性知识的形成需要问题情境、研究共同体和教师反思的介入。教育设计研究由来自不同专业的教师组建的团队,在真实的教学环境下,通过分析问题情境、设计原型、反复应用评价等方式开展研究解决现实问题,不仅可以促进课程、教学、评价的发展,也可以为教师实践性知识的构建提供有利的环境。

Practical knowledge constitutes a critical factor that affects the educational practice of teachers. However, the construction of one's practical knowledge demands the involvement of problem situation, research community and reflection of teachers. Educational design research, which requires a community made up of teachers with different academic back- grounds to research in routine teaching contexts by eliciting problems contexts, designing prototypes, applying and assessing for improvement in order to solve practical educational problems, can provide an environment for the construction of teachers' practical knowledge in addition to enhancing the development of curriculum, instruction and assessment.
