培养高端技能型专门人才是高职教育的主要任务,高端技能型人才的实质是创新型高技能人才。为实现这一人才培养目标,浙江机电职业技术学院进行了有益的探索和尝试,构建了由＂创新教育课程平台＂、＂学生技能竞赛与创新实践平台＂、＂创新素质师资平台＂和＂社团活动平台＂构成的＂四平台＂创新型高技能人才培养体系,并通过理论与实践相结合、第一课堂与第二课堂相结合、学校培养和企业实践相结合三个途径加以实施。

To cultivate high-end technical talents is the primary mission of higher vocational education,which aims to cultivate the innovative technical talents.Oriented by the goal,Zhejiang Institute of Mechanical Electrical Engineering explored actively,and constructed the cultivation system of innovative technical talents which included the platform of innovative education curriculum,the platform of students＇ skill competition and innovative practice,the platform of innovative faculty and the platform of community activity.It was implemented through such three ways as the combination of theory and practice,the combination of the first classroom and the second classroom,and the combination of school cultivation and enterprise practice.
