运用产业链理论研究文化创意产业的发展。首先指出文化产业链的重要意义，其次基于产业链的理论对我国文化产业进行了分析，并以“哈利·波特”产业链为案例，分析说明了产业链在提升产业竞争力中的作用。最后对如何发展文化产业链分别从加强知识产权保护，加强产业规划研究及衍生产品研发和销售3个方面给出了相关的建议。

In the world today, culture, economy and politics intermingle with each other and play a more and more important role in the competition of comprehensive national strength. In some developed countries, the cultural creative industry has already become a pillar industry of the national economy. Since the culture creative industry in our country is at an early stage of development, the only way to make it bigger and stronger is to strengthen the research and construction of the industry chain, and to constantly enrich and extend the industry chain. In this paper, we applied the theory of the industry chain to study the development of the cultural creative industry. Firstly, we pointed out the significance of the cultural industry chain and then analyses the cultural industry in our own country based on the thinking of the industry chain. Thirdly, taking ＂ Harry Potter＂ industry chain as an example, we explained the greatly important role the industry chain played in promoting the industrial competitiveness. At last, considering the measures of developing cultural industry chain, we provided the following advices. One is to strengthen the protection of the intellectual property, the other is to strengthen the industrial planning research, and the last one is to strengthen researches and sales of the derivative products.
