With the improvement of the industrial production automation level, the industrial robots are more and more widely used in industrial production, which can replace the human workers to do monotonous, repetitive and long time operation, or operating under dangerous environment, playing an increasingly important role in ma- chining , heat treatment, welding, spraying, assembly, handling, stacking and other industrial applications. In this design, industrial robots are used on production line, on which CNC mac production process carries out auto- mation transformation and process design. Practice has proved that this design can greatly improve production effi- ciency and processing precision, but also can reduce the amount of operation workers and the labor intensity of the workers.
