目前市场上出现的各种恶意欺诈和恶意拖欠等行为,使许多渠道商的生存举步维艰,渠道成员间的信用缺失严重制约了企业的长远发展和持久生命力。通过研究发现,在合作伙伴赊销的情况下,渠道成员一方面可以通过信用界定、资信评估的方法规避风险、减少坏账并加快账款的回收,另一方面应用现今各种信用风险管理工具也可有效降低渠道信用风险。
目前市場上齣現的各種噁意欺詐和噁意拖欠等行為,使許多渠道商的生存舉步維艱,渠道成員間的信用缺失嚴重製約瞭企業的長遠髮展和持久生命力。通過研究髮現,在閤作夥伴賒銷的情況下,渠道成員一方麵可以通過信用界定、資信評估的方法規避風險、減少壞賬併加快賬款的迴收,另一方麵應用現今各種信用風險管理工具也可有效降低渠道信用風險。

At present,many sorts of malicious fraud and default behaviors appear in the market,leading to many marketing channel members' survival difficulties.Lacking of credit among marketing channel members has seriously restricted the long-term development and the lasting vitality of enterprises.In view of this phenomenon,this paper found through the study,in the case of partner selling on account,marketing channel members can avoid risks,reduce bad debts and accelerate the recovery of accounts receivables by defining the credit as an evaluation,and on the other hand,applying modern credit risk management tools can reduce the channel credit risks effectively.
