企业实施绿色管理是应对外部环境威胁、改善内部管理、提升竞争优势的重要途径。当前许多企业迫于利益相关者压力和企业社会责任实施绿色管理，是一种“被动型绿色管理”，这不利于企业从战略高度实施绿色管理，也无法促进企业竞争优势增强。为了推动主动型绿色管理实施，通过调查问卷获得调研数据，并运用典型相关分析方法探究企业绿色管理行为与竞争优势的关系，在此基础上构建竞争型绿色管理战略，为企业实施绿色管理并带动竞争优势的增强提供战略性建议。

Implement of green management would help enterprises to cope with external environment threats, improve internal management and competitive advantage. At present, many enterprises carried out green management under stakeholders pressure and social responsibility as a kind of passive green management, it is a kind of ＂passive green management ＂, which did not help enterprises practice green management from the strategic point and wouldn＇t promote competitive advantages. In order to promote the implementation of active green management, this paper acquired a large survey data through questionnaires, and then used the canonical correlation analysis method for enterprise green management behavior and competitive advantage relationship. On this basis, this paper constructed the competitive green management strategy for the enterprises to carry out green management and provided strategic measures to bring the increase of the competitive advantage.
