本文通过构建复杂网络模块化模型，引入中心性度量和集聚系数两类系统化的社会网络舆情指标体系，提出了一种微博社会网络微观结构的分析方法，并以“上海发布”政务微博为例进行了实证研究。研究结果显示，该分析方法能较好地描绘出微博社会网络结构的个体特性，具有较好的针对性和适应性；同时，特征向量指数、页面排序指数、权威性指数等综合舆情指标的引入丰富了网络中个体的评价依据。此外，本文分析得到的结论对政务微博的发展具有指导性意义。

Using modularity of complex network and two types of social network public opinion indices： centrality and clus- tering coefficients, this paper proposes an analysis method for studying microstructure of microblog social network based on an empirical research of government affairs microblog ＂Shanghai City＂. The study shows that our method makes a good per- formance on capturing individual characteristics of microblogging social network structure with better adaptability. Mean- while, eigenvectors, page rank index and authoritative index introduced in this paper enrich the basis of the network evalua- tion. In addition, this paper provides some suggestions for the development of government affairs microblog.
