The caring education theory of Noddings had a profound impact on the world＇s vocational and technical education, to be a special member in the education system, it has strong technical and practical character. The paper analyzes that vocational and technical education is facing the lack of practical care in the ＂ technology first＂ industrial society. It attempts to introduce the caring theory and practical caring strategies which played a guiding role in the growth of the ＂ key elements ＂ of the education to some extent.
