协同创新作为一种新型的非零和合作博弈,倡导的是“2+2〉5”的整体状态,是一种追求资源匹配、互补共享和功能耦合的谐调文化。研究生“政产学研用”合作教育的本质是政府、产业(企业)部门与高校、科研机构结合目标用户的需求,利用各自的比较优势协同创新,实现教育、科技与经济的协调发展。在创新型国家与人力资源强国建设的历史背景下,充分考量研究生教育的现实特征,从“政产学研用”五位一体、协同创新的角度,进一步深化对研究生教育发展的全新理念研究,着力构思需求导向、全面开放、深度融合、创新引领的制度安排,以期为我国新时期研究生教育的发展提供可资借鉴的思路。
協同創新作為一種新型的非零和閤作博弈,倡導的是“2+2〉5”的整體狀態,是一種追求資源匹配、互補共享和功能耦閤的諧調文化。研究生“政產學研用”閤作教育的本質是政府、產業(企業)部門與高校、科研機構結閤目標用戶的需求,利用各自的比較優勢協同創新,實現教育、科技與經濟的協調髮展。在創新型國傢與人力資源彊國建設的歷史揹景下,充分攷量研究生教育的現實特徵,從“政產學研用”五位一體、協同創新的角度,進一步深化對研究生教育髮展的全新理唸研究,著力構思需求導嚮、全麵開放、深度融閤、創新引領的製度安排,以期為我國新時期研究生教育的髮展提供可資藉鑒的思路。

What collaborative innovation,a new non-zero-sum cooperative game,advocates is the overall state of 2+25,which is the pursuit of harmonious culture with resources sharing as well as complementary and functional coupling.The essence of "government-industry-school" graduate education is the three parities' making use of their own comparative advantages in collaborative innovation by considering the needs of target employers so as to realize the coordinated development of education,science technology,and economy.Against the backdrop of constructing an innovative country with rich human resources,we should fully consider the realistic characteristics of graduate education,further deepen the study of the new idea about the development of graduate education from the angle of "government-industry-learning-research-use" combination and collaborative innovation,and try to devise a demand-oriented,fully open,deeply integrating,and innovation-led institutional arrangement so as to provide some ideas for the development of graduate education in China.
