我国的高校创业教育相比西方高校的创业教育存在理念转换、机制设计、制度保障、外部环境方面的差距。可采取理念转换、顶层设计、系统重构、分类指导等策略来实现这一生态系统的和谐、可持续发展。创业教育的基础在于创新文化,实现创业教育的根本转变需要依赖于创新文化的力量。构建高校创业教育生态系统需要通过顶层设计,自上而下全方位优化、改革。结合江苏实际,应在注意把握共性与个性相统一的基础上通过分类指导实现江苏创业教育的生态化培育。

As far as entrepreneurship education is concerned,China＇s colleges and universities lag behind their counterparts in the west in idea transition,mechanism design,institutional safeguard,and external environment.So strategies such as idea transition,upper design,system reconstructing,and classified guidance can be adopted in China to achieve harmonious and sustainable development of the ecological system of entrepreneurship education.The basis of entrepreneurship education is innovative culture and a fundamental change in entrepreneurship education can only be made with the force of innovative culture.An efficient ecological system of entrepreneurship education can be established through upper design,i.e.up-to-bottom all-dimensional optimization and reform.In view of its conditions,Jiangsu＇s entrepreneurship education can be ecologicalized by classified guidance based on a balance between commonality and individuality.
