目的:考察击剑运动员后腿膝、踝关节在向前弓步刺中的关节力矩、角度和角速度生物力学参数表现,寻找影响弓步速度的主要因素。方法:通过对12名击剑运动员后腿在测力台上进行原地向前弓步刺动作的三维捕捉,运用VISUAL3D分析软件计算运动员动作过程中重心最大水平速度,后腿膝、踝关节峰值力矩及最大关节角速度,动作启动时的后腿膝、踝关节角度,并对影响重心最大水平速度的各因素进行关联度分析。结果:各个因素对运动员向前弓步刺重心最大水平速度的影响程度大小依次是:踝峰值力矩〉膝角〉膝峰值力矩〉踝角〉踝角速度〉膝角速度。结论:在后腿的训练中优先发展肌肉力量对于提高击剑运动员弓步速度具有重要意义,在平时训练时要加强击剑运动员后腿股四头肌群力量、趾屈肌向心收缩力量、踝关节肌肉快速力量训练以及在实战中基本姿势的训练。
目的:攷察擊劍運動員後腿膝、踝關節在嚮前弓步刺中的關節力矩、角度和角速度生物力學參數錶現,尋找影響弓步速度的主要因素。方法:通過對12名擊劍運動員後腿在測力檯上進行原地嚮前弓步刺動作的三維捕捉,運用VISUAL3D分析軟件計算運動員動作過程中重心最大水平速度,後腿膝、踝關節峰值力矩及最大關節角速度,動作啟動時的後腿膝、踝關節角度,併對影響重心最大水平速度的各因素進行關聯度分析。結果:各箇因素對運動員嚮前弓步刺重心最大水平速度的影響程度大小依次是:踝峰值力矩〉膝角〉膝峰值力矩〉踝角〉踝角速度〉膝角速度。結論:在後腿的訓練中優先髮展肌肉力量對于提高擊劍運動員弓步速度具有重要意義,在平時訓練時要加彊擊劍運動員後腿股四頭肌群力量、趾屈肌嚮心收縮力量、踝關節肌肉快速力量訓練以及在實戰中基本姿勢的訓練。
목적:고찰격검운동원후퇴슬、과관절재향전궁보자중적관절력구、각도화각속도생물역학삼수표현,심조영향궁보속도적주요인소。방법:통과대12명격검운동원후퇴재측력태상진행원지향전궁보자동작적삼유포착,운용VISUAL3D분석연건계산운동원동작과정중중심최대수평속도,후퇴슬、과관절봉치력구급최대관절각속도,동작계동시적후퇴슬、과관절각도,병대영향중심최대수평속도적각인소진행관련도분석。결과:각개인소대운동원향전궁보자중심최대수평속도적영향정도대소의차시:과봉치력구〉슬각〉슬봉치력구〉과각〉과각속도〉슬각속도。결론:재후퇴적훈련중우선발전기육역량대우제고격검운동원궁보속도구유중요의의,재평시훈련시요가강격검운동원후퇴고사두기군역량、지굴기향심수축역량、과관절기육쾌속역량훈련이급재실전중기본자세적훈련。
Objective The purpose of this study was to assess biomechanical parameters on peak torque ,joint angles, joint angular velocity of knee and ankle when performing forward lunge and find out the important impact factor on lunge performance. Methods Fencing lunge of 12 fencers were recorded by 3D when performing forward lunge from their rear legs on-guard position on a force platform. In the process of the entire fencing lunge, maximal Horizontal speed of body gravity, peak torque of rear leg, s knees and ankle, maximal joint angular velocity for rear leg, s knee and ankle with joint angles of rear leg, s knee and ankle when action happened were then calculated by VISUAL3D analysis software. Factors influencing maximal Horizontal speed of body gravity were analyzed using gray correlation methods. Result Influence factors contribute to maximal Horizontal speed of body gravity from high to low presents as: ankle joint peak torque〉knee joint angle〉knee joint peak torque, 〉ankle joint angle 〉ankle joint velocity〉knee joint velocity. Conclusion The results indicate that it should give priorities to develop fencers' muscle strength to improve the velocity of fencing lunge in rear leg's practice. Therefore, quadriceps strength, plantar flexor concentric contraction strength, ankle explosive stretch and basic fencing posture should be strengthened in training practice.
