本文以2009—2011年沪深两市披露企业社会责任报告的上市公司为研究样本，采用随机前沿分析方法实证研究了企业社会责任与非效率投资之间的关系。结果表明，企业社会责任表现越好，外部融资缺口越小，企业非效率投资越低。文章的结论对于资本市场的完善和各利益相关者的利益保护具有启示作用。同时，也对提高企业的投资效率具有参考价值。

Based on the enterprise credit rating reports of RANKINS CSR RATINGS from 2009 to 2011, this paper empirically analyzes the relationship between the corporate social responsibility and inefficient investment through stochastic frontier analysis. The empirical results show that the better the corporate social responsibilities perform, the smaller the external financing gap and the less the efficient investment. This paper has the enlightenment function for improving capital market and protecting the interests of various stakeholders. Meanwhile, there also exist reference values for improving the investment efficiency of enterprises.
