当前,综合大学教师教育改革是我国教育领域实施的一项重要改革。该项改革符合教师教育与时俱进的内在要求,符合国家教育政策的导向,但我们应该看到,当前的教师教育在培养模式和体制机制等方面还存在着诸多问题。制定教师教育未来的发展规划时,可采用SWOT态势分析法来综合分析该项改革的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,然后可以结合优势和机遇,提出S—O(开拓型)发展策略;对比劣势和机会,提出W-0(争取型)发展策略;分析优势和威胁,提出S—T(竞争型)发展策略;针对劣势和威胁,提出W—T(合作型)发展策略。

In recent years, in order to keep pace with the times and follow the guidance of national policies, developing teacher education in comprehensive universities has gradually become an important education movement. This movement was the inherent requirement of education reforms, but also facing challenges caused by traditional training mode and system mechanism shortage. Therefore, we need to take SWOT analysis model to analyze its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges. And then by combining strengths and opportunities we can raise S O (pioneering) development strategy, by comparing weakness and opportunity we can come up with the W-O (reversing) development strategy, by analyzing advantages and threats we can advance the ~T(competitive) development strategy, and finally considering disadvantages and threats we can put forward the W-T (cooperative) development strategy.
