采用碱浸酸析的方法从红橘果皮中提取橙皮苷.通过对碱的种类、添加量、料液比、提取时间、反应体系pH值及提取温度等因素的研究,确定提取橙皮苷的最佳工艺条件为:温度在30℃,在25g的橘皮粉中加入750g蒸馏水,1.75g氢氧化钙,搅拌浸提0.5h,酸析的pH值为3,粗产品收率为4.2%.粗产品经过重结晶分离提纯,收率达到56%,产品结构经过IR鉴定.
採用堿浸痠析的方法從紅橘果皮中提取橙皮苷.通過對堿的種類、添加量、料液比、提取時間、反應體繫pH值及提取溫度等因素的研究,確定提取橙皮苷的最佳工藝條件為:溫度在30℃,在25g的橘皮粉中加入750g蒸餾水,1.75g氫氧化鈣,攪拌浸提0.5h,痠析的pH值為3,粗產品收率為4.2%.粗產品經過重結晶分離提純,收率達到56%,產品結構經過IR鑒定.

Hesperidin was extracted from mandarin peel by alkali leaching acid precipitation method. The Optimum process conditions were studied with base, additive amount,feed liquid ratio,time,pH and temperature. The best process condition was 30 ℃, 25 g mandarin peel, 750 g distilled water, 1.75 g calcium hydroxide, 0.5 h, pH=3. The crude product yield was 4.2%. The crude was purified by recrystallization, and the yield was 56%. The product was characterized by IR.
