Based on the analysis of its rising background, the paper proposed a strategy and layout for boosting coastal leisure sports industry in Yantai, which will promote Yantai to develop port industry with brand strategy, to promote regional industry upgrading through integration of coastal leisure sports industry, to establish a regional marine leisure zone with coastal development strategy, to realize branding of coastal leisure sports industry by quality strategy. The integration of regional leisure sports resources will provide reference for developing Yantai into a tourist resort and boosting its marine leisure sports industry.
