基础运动技能群是各项运动技能学习的基础及不可逾越的辅助工具,是学校体育发展的“铺路石”。目前对运动技能学习研究较多,但系统研究基础运动技能群学习与评价方法的甚少。研究目的:根据运动技能学习研究理论与实践,构建基础运动技能优化群模型,设计技能群指标,提出系统评价方法。以Movement Education and Fleishman的知觉运动能力与身体素质能力为主线,根据我国学校体育的实际情况,从Movement Education的身体意识、空间、运动特点和关联等要素中,把基础运动技能群归化分为九大类别:跑、跳、投、空间判断、传接物体、踢、滚翻、平衡和悬垂,构建了五大基础运动技能优化群与评价指标,发展与促进知觉运动能力与身体素质能力,对田径、篮球、足球、体操等项目技能发展具有重要作用。

Groups of Fundamental Sport Skills (GFSK) are the basis or the insurmountable subsidiary means for all of learning of sport skills and the foundation of school physical education. Although the learning of sport skills has been approached much more, little is known of systematic research on the GFSK and the method of assessment. The purpose of this study is to construct the model of GFSK, design the indicator of the model and identify the method of assessment in terms of the theory and practice of sport skill learning. According to the current situation of school physical education in China, the GFSK consisted of nine categories: running, jumping, throwing, space judgment, transferring object, kicking, rolling, balancing, and hanging and swing, which are related with body awareness, space, qualities of movement, and relationship that come from the movement education, establishing the five GFSK and the indicators of evaluation, developing and promoting the psychomotor skills and psychomotor abilities. It is important for developing the track, basketball, soccer, gymnastics, etc.
