基于当前电网行业信息化建设挑战和特征,参考成熟企业架构理论Zachman、TOGAF和FEAF,提出了一种面向电网行业的企业架构框架,包括企业架构内容框架、企业架构设计方法和管控方法。该框架与电网企业信息化管理协同增效,促进业务与信息化的深度融合。
基于噹前電網行業信息化建設挑戰和特徵,參攷成熟企業架構理論Zachman、TOGAF和FEAF,提齣瞭一種麵嚮電網行業的企業架構框架,包括企業架構內容框架、企業架構設計方法和管控方法。該框架與電網企業信息化管理協同增效,促進業務與信息化的深度融閤。

This proposes paper a power grid enteprise architecture framework, based on China power grid industry IT challenges and characteristics,referring to Zachman, TOGAF and FEAF. The proposed enterprise architecture framework includes enterprise architecture content framework, design method and governance method. The framework can help synergy with the IT management to promote the integration of business and information technology.
