高职教育培养的是“应用型”高技能人才。因此,“以就业为导向”的高职数学教学应以“服务专业、注重应用、培养能力”为原则,优化教学内容,针对高职生的特点改革教学方法,采用现代化的教学手段,理论知识与实践教学相结合,建立能力考核为主的评价体系,注重培养学生运用所学的数学知识分析和解决实际问题的能力,提高学生的就业能力。

고직교육배양적시“응용형”고기능인재。인차,“이취업위도향”적고직수학교학응이“복무전업、주중응용、배양능력”위원칙,우화교학내용,침대고직생적특점개혁교학방법,채용현대화적교학수단,이론지식여실천교학상결합,건립능력고핵위주적평개체계,주중배양학생운용소학적수학지식분석화해결실제문제적능력,제고학생적취업능력。
Higher vocational education is to train application-oriented and highly skilled personnel. The employment-oriented higher vocational mathematics teaching should take the principles of "serving the profession, focusing on application and training ability", optimizing teaching content. It should also reform the teaching methods according to students' characteristics, adopt modern teaching means, combine theoretical knowledge with practice, establish capacity-oriented evaluation system, focus on training students to apply the knowledge of mathematical analysis and the ability to solve practical problems, thus to improve the employability of the students.
