西方学界对教育公平概念的探讨经历了从分配正义论到关系正义论的转变,这种转变启发教育公平研究者致力于从社会互动以及制度背景等层面关注教育领域弱势群体的处境。质化研究作为一种提倡理解和意义的研究方法,因其特质适用于公平研究而受到许多研究者的重视和应用。从事教育公平质化研究的研究者,尤其强调对教育弱势群体的关怀和理解,并主张对其文化意义进行解释以反映其处境。与西方学者相比,我国教育公平研究在理论探讨、质化研究的实际开展方面有待进一步完善。

The discussion about the concept of educational justice m western academm circle had experienced the transformation from the distribution justice theory to the relation- ship justice theory. This transformation inspired the researchers to pay more attention to the disadvantaged groups from the social interactions and the system background. And the quali- tative research method was applied by many scholars as its advocating of understanding and meaning. The qualitative researchers of educational justice emphasized reflecting the situa- tions of the disadvantaged groups, by conducting cultural attention and interpreting the cul- tural meaning of them. Compared with the western scholars, there are many deficiencies and further improvement in the Chinese scholars' research in the educational justice theory and qualitative research method.
