作者对我国大学教师进行分层整群抽样得到一个大样本(27所高校的4890名教师),从各校的师资网页上收集了每个教师的简历资料并用内容分析法分析得到了我国大学教师流动数据(有效个案数2354人);对该数据及卡内基国际调查数据采用“人均校际流动期望值”等指标进行了统计分析和中国外比较。分析结果表明:我国大学教师的校际流动性在所有国家中最低,美英德等欧美国家大学教师的流动性高于亚洲各国而居于中等程度;要使我国大学教师的流动性适度提高,必须强化大学教师的学术职业身份属性、完善职称制度和聘任制度,以优良的学术条件吸引教师人才。

By adopting stratified cluster sampling method and merging it into a representative large sample including 4,890 teach-ers from 27 universities, the interschool mobility data of Chinese academic profession involving 2,354 effective resumes are col-lected. The expected value of interschool mobility per capita and other index are applied to conduct a statistics and clustering a- nalysis on the data. The results indicate that interschool mobility of Chinese academic profession is the lowest among the sample countries; the interschool mobility of academic profession in British, USA, Germany, and other European and North America countries is in moderative level, which is higher than that in Asian countries. It is concluded that in order to enhance interschool mobility of Chinese academic profession, academic profession identity for university teachers must be strengthened, academic title system and faculty appointment system must be perfected, attracting excellent talented teachers by creating favorable academic conditions.
