通过对长沙市部分社区的实证研究，发现社区内的公众参与、公众认同与社区善治存在互动的逻辑关系。其中，公众认同为公众参与和社区善治之间的完全中介变量。由于居民参与可能存在短期性、形式化、动员式等原因，公众认同对于社区善治的影响力弱。基于此，构建了从参与、认同到城市社区善治的治理路径模型，提出了公众参与制度化、公众认同创新化的对策建议。

Based on the empirical research of Changsha City, this essay finds that there is an interactive logical relation among public participation, public recognition and community good governance. Public recognition is the complete mediating variable between public participation and community good gov- ernance. The relation between public recognition and the com- munity of good governance is weak due to the short -term, for- mal, and mobilizing public participation. Therefore, this essay builds a governance path model based on the public participa- tion, public recognition and community good governance. In the end, it gives some suggestions to the good governance of urban communities, including that the public participation should be institutionalized, and the public recognition should be innova- tive.
