在借鉴国外对运动员满意度研究的基础上,结合中国的文化背景及专业运动队训练体制,运用参与型观察法,访谈法与问卷调查法,构建由4个分量表组成(运动组织、自身、教练、队友)、含有72个题目的运动员训练满意度初测量表。通过2轮项目分析与因子分析,形成含44个题目、11个一级因子组成的正式量表。再次对量表的重测信度、内部一致性系数、效标效度,以及结构效度进行检验,均达到统计学标准。由训练满意度各分量表及各因子与总体满意度的回归分析表明,自身方面的因素是影响运动员训练满意度的最重要因素之一。在训练满意度中,自身的成长进步与信心投入,运动组织的个人待遇,教练的关怀行为是影响运动员训练满意度的最主要贡献因素。

By referring to the research of athletes' satisfaction on abroad, and combining cultural back- ground and training system of professional team in China, this paper use participative observational, inter view and questionnaires method, and a scale named athlete training satisfaction was developed with 4 subscales (sport organization, oneself, coach, teammate) and 72 items. Through item analysis and factor analysis for two rounds, the formal scale was formulated with 44 items and 11 factors. And then the scale was surveyed again in criterion validity, test-retest reliability, coefficient of internal consistency, criterion valid- ity, structure validity, and all these reached to statistic standard. In addition, the result of Multi-Linear Regression between each subscale, factor and total satisfaction of training satisfaction showed that athlete's own condition was one of the important factors which influence athlete training satisfaction, among training satisfaction, growing and progress, individual treatment, confidence and devotion, individual concerned behavior were the main contributing factors which influence training satisfaction.
