通过对韩国中学体育教师聘用制度的考察，发现韩国中学教师取得教师资格证书制度、教师聘用考试及选拔上有区别于我国的特点，对我国完善教师聘用资格制度有一定的借鉴意义。

통과대한국중학체육교사빙용제도적고찰，발현한국중학교사취득교사자격증서제도、교사빙용고시급선발상유구별우아국적특점，대아국완선교사빙용자격제도유일정적차감의의。
By inspecting the employment system of Korean high school physical education teachers, it is found that Korean secondary school teachers are different from those in China in obtaining teacher certification system, examination and selection. It is worth improving the examination system for ap- pointment of teachers in China.
