运用DEA模型对西安市2003～2010年的物流效率进行分析，并利用Tobit回归模型评价物流效率与各个影响因素之间的相关性。结果表明：西安市整体物流效率较高，且与经济发展水平（GDP）、区位优势、物流资源利用率和市场化程度呈正相关，其中物流资源利用率和市场化程度对物流效率的影响程度更深。

This paper builds up a DEA model to analyze the logistics efficiency of Xi＇ an city between 2003 and 2010 ,and then uses the Tobit regression model to evaluate the correlation between the logistics efficiency and various factors. Research shows that the overall logistics efficiency of Xi＇ an is high;at the same time, the logistics efficiency is positively correlated with the level of economic development,location advantages, logistics resource utilization and the degree of market - orien- ted. In these four factors ,logistics resource utilization and the degree of market -oriented deeply influence the logistics effi- ciency. Therefore, to actively improve resource utilization and promote the degree of market - oriented is the inevitable choice to improve the further logistics efficiency of Xi ＇ an.
