江苏省碳排放总量不断攀升的同时,碳排放强度却呈下降趋势。本文首先使用因素分析法分解出影响江苏省碳排放强度的效率份额和结构份额,结果显示效率份额对碳排放强度的下降起主要作用,结构份额对碳排放强度下降的贡献不明显;然后本文对影响碳排放强度的效率份额的因素进行了实证分析,发现技术进步和城市化水平会降低碳排放强度,而劳动力转移和对外开放增加了江苏省的碳排放强度。

When the total carbon emission continues to mount up, the carbon emission intensity has decreased steadily. Firstly, the article uses factors-analyzing method to decompose carbon emission intensity into efficiency parts and construction parts, we find efficiency parts play a main part in decline of carbon emission intensity, construction parts have no significant influence on the decline.Secondly, the article examines the factors of efficiency parts , the conclusion shows that technical progresses and urbanization could reduce carbon emission intensity , labor transfer and opening to the outside world increase carbon emission intensity.
