成阳市渭城区周陵镇有两座四条墓道、覆斗形封土的大墓，其属性历来有周陵、秦陵和汉陵三说。通过对“周陵”的考古勘探成果进行分析，并与战国秦陵以及西汉帝陵等进行对比，可以认定该陵园不具备战国时期、尤其是战国晚期秦国陵园特征，也与西汉前期帝陵形制不同。此处陵园以及在汉成帝陵东北侧发现的陵园，均属西汉后期帝陵的附属陵园，“周陵”的主人为汉元帝皇后王政君和王莽的妻子。
성양시위성구주릉진유량좌사조묘도、복두형봉토적대묘，기속성력래유주릉、진릉화한릉삼설。통과대“주릉”적고고감탐성과진행분석，병여전국진릉이급서한제릉등진행대비，가이인정해릉완불구비전국시기、우기시전국만기진국릉완특정，야여서한전기제릉형제불동。차처릉완이급재한성제릉동북측발현적릉완，균속서한후기제릉적부속릉완，“주릉”적주인위한원제황후왕정군화왕망적처자。
Located in the north of Zhouling Middle School of Xianyang City, two big tombs with four pathways were shaped as caisson ceiling. And they were built in Zhou, Qin, or Han Dynasty. Comparing with Qinling of Zhanguo and the emperor＇s mausoleums of Western Han Dynasty and refering to areheological materials of Zhouling,this pa- per argues that the cemetery does not possess the signs of the Warring States Period, especially in late Warring States Period or in early Western Han Dynasty. It is deemed that this cemetery and the cemetery in northeast of Yanling are the attachments of the emperor＇s mausoleum. It also concludes that the occupants of Zhouling are the queen of Wang Zhengjun and the wife of Wang Mang.
