内山精也是日本宋诗研究的中坚力量。他在宋诗文献整理、宋代士大夫的诗歌观研究、宋代士大夫的诗歌研究、宋代士大夫与文化研究、日本宋诗研究史研究等方面，均取得了突出成就，提出了自己独到的见解，促进了日本学界宋诗研究的繁荣，对我国的宋诗研究具有参照与借鉴意义。
內山精也是日本宋詩研究的中堅力量。他在宋詩文獻整理、宋代士大伕的詩歌觀研究、宋代士大伕的詩歌研究、宋代士大伕與文化研究、日本宋詩研究史研究等方麵，均取得瞭突齣成就，提齣瞭自己獨到的見解，促進瞭日本學界宋詩研究的繁榮，對我國的宋詩研究具有參照與藉鑒意義。
내산정야시일본송시연구적중견역량。타재송시문헌정리、송대사대부적시가관연구、송대사대부적시가연구、송대사대부여문화연구、일본송시연구사연구등방면，균취득료돌출성취，제출료자기독도적견해，촉진료일본학계송시연구적번영，대아국적송시연구구유삼조여차감의의。
One of the most important scholars in Japan dedicated to the study of classical Chinese poetry during the Song dynasty （960 -1279）, Uchiyama Seiya has made outstanding achievements in this field, in- cluding the literature review, the Song-dynasty scholars＇ poetic theories and works, the Song-dynasty scholars and culture, and the history of Song-dynasty poetry studies in Japan. His work has contributed to the prosperi- ty of this academic field in Japan, and proves enlightening and inspiring to China＇ s research in this regard.
