当前，我国经济结构调整和产业转型升级已进入关键时期，产业并购作为产业整合和提升产业价值的重要手段，在其中扮演着极为重要的角色。企业在进行并购时，应在并购战略、并购时机、并购目标、尽职调查、并购谈判、并购整合等关键因素上采取有效措施，从而降低并购风险，提高并购效率，确保产业并购交易的最终成功。

At present, China＇s economic restructuring and industrial transformation and upgrading have entered a crucial period. As an important means to integrate industry and increase industrial values, industry mergers and acquisitions play an extremely essential role in it. Enterprises should take effective measures on the key factors in mergers and acquisitions, such as strategies, time, goal, due diligence, negotiation and in- tegration so as to reduce risks and improve efficiency, thus ensure the success of industry mergers and acquisitions.
