目的:验证Actigraph GT3X、Livepod LP2、Armband 3种加速度传感器测量人体走、跑运动能量消耗的信效度水平。方法:12名健康男生与14名健康女生佩戴Actigraph GT3X、Livepod LP2、Armband 3种仪器以及与气体代谢分析仪MAXⅡ相连的呼吸面罩,在跑台上完成速度水平分别为dKPH、6KPH和8KPH,每种速度水平下时间为10min的实验。通过计算组内相关系数(ICC值)比较3种仪器测量一致性,以确定其信度水平;采用单因素方差分析比较同一仪器不同速度之间测量值差异度;采用配对样本T检验分析3种仪器测量值与校标MAXII测量值一致性程度;采用相关分析衡量3种仪器测量值与MAXⅡ测量值相关性;综合以上3种方法确定3种仪器的测量效度水平。结果:3种仪器ICC值均大于0.93,所有仪器测量值在同一速度水平上具有良好一致性;不同速度仪器测量值差异具有统计学意义;Livepod LP2与MAXⅡ测量值相关系数介于0.71(P〈0.01)和0.8(P〈0.01)(均大于各速度水平其他两仪器与MAXⅡ测量值相关系数)其二者测量值差异没有统计学意义;所有速度水平上Armband高估能量消耗,除8KPH速度水平外,Actigraph GT3X显著低估运动能量消耗。结论:Actigraph GT3X、Livepod LP2、Armband具有较高的信度水平,在测量人体走跑运动能量消耗时,Livepod LP2具有最高的效度水平。

Objective: To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Actigraph GT3X, the Livepod LP2, and the Armband in physical activity monitor. Methods : A total of 12 healthy men and 14 healthy women performed 30 mi- nutes of treadmill walking at 4 km/h and 6 km/h and treadmill running at 8 km/h. The Livepod LP2, Armband, and Actigraph GT3X were placed as recommended and indirect calorimetry was continuously recorded during all exercises. The ICC of three aceelerometers was calculated to measure their reliability, and data were analyzed with one way ANVOA, pairwise t-test, and correlation analysis to measure their validity. Results : The ICC of three ac- celerometers was all higher than 0.93 indicating that every accelerometer was on high reliability level. There was significant difference in mean EE at the speed of 4 KPH, 6 KPH, and 8 KPH for every accelerometer, respective- ly. The correlations between measures of IC and Livepod LP2 were form 0.71 ( P 〈 0.01 ) and 0.8 ( P 〈 0.01 ) which were higher than others. At all speed level, the Armband overestimated EE, on the contrary, the Aetigraph underestimated EE at all speed level except 8 KPH. Conclusion: The Livepod LP2, Armband, and Actigraph GT3X have high measurement reliability level. Livepod LP2 can estimate total EE at walking and running best.
