对奥运会女子拳击运动员技术和战术运用特点进行分析，了解高水平女子拳击运动员的技术特点，指导我国女子拳击的训练。运用文献资料法、录像观察法和数理统计法，对参加2012年伦敦奥运会决赛的6名冠亚军运动员技、战术运用情况进行深入分析，从整体技、战术运用特点和各级别冠亚军技、战术运用特点两个方面进行研究。结果显示：直拳技术整体运用较多，勾拳技术运用最少；2拳组合拳整体运用最多，随着组合拳数的增加，使用率逐渐降低；得分特点表现为1、2回合得分呈上升趋势，3、4回合得分呈下降趋势；闪躲防守技术运用最多；三名冠军运动员主动进攻次数都高于防守反击次数。

The analysis of the tactics and techniques of athletes in women＇s boxing in Olympic Games can not only help us to have a full understanding of the tactics and techniques of the elite athletes in women boxing, but will al- so provide guidance to the China＇s women boxing training. By adopting the method of literature review, video ob- servation, mathematical statistics, the research made in-depth analysis of the techniques and tactics applied by six gold and silver medalists in the finals of women boxing. The research was taken from two perspectives. One was to study the technical and tactical characteristics as a whole. The other was to study techniques and tactics of the six athletes according to different weight classes. The results showed that the straight punch was much used in the match in the whole, while the hook was least adopted. The combination blow of two punches was most frequently used; and with the increase of the punches, the rate of use gradually decreased. The characteristics of scores gained each round showed that in the first two rounds the scores had an upward trend, while in the latter two rounds the trend went downwards; dodge defensive techniques were most frequently used; and the three gold med- alists had more active attacks than the counterattacks.
