从船舶全生命周期视角,分析了船舶设计、建造、航行、报废四个阶段与绿色船舶的关系及其污染源,以此为依据建立了绿色船舶评价指标体系,并运用模糊综合评价模型对某货船进行实证分析。绿色船舶评价针对船舶各个阶段的污染物排放,将船舶进行了一体化考虑。

From the view of total life cycle of ship, this paper analyzes the relationship between green ship and four stages of ship design, building, transportation and scrapping. And then it describes the pollution sources in total life cycle of ship. According to above analysis, the paper constructs evaluation index system of green ship and applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to empirically analyze green level of cargo ship. Green ship evaluation aims at the pollutants in all stages of ship and it truly contains the integration consideration towards ship.
