随着大学从精英教育向大众教育职能的转变，其服务职能具体化、时效性的趋势，以及世界范围内新型大学形态的不断涌现，使得高校继续教育服务区域经济发展的功能也呈现出新的特点。在挑战与机遇并存的大时代背景下，后者需要处理好共生性与非一致性、竞争与合作、普适性与品牌特色等三大关系。
隨著大學從精英教育嚮大衆教育職能的轉變，其服務職能具體化、時效性的趨勢，以及世界範圍內新型大學形態的不斷湧現，使得高校繼續教育服務區域經濟髮展的功能也呈現齣新的特點。在挑戰與機遇併存的大時代揹景下，後者需要處理好共生性與非一緻性、競爭與閤作、普適性與品牌特色等三大關繫。
수착대학종정영교육향대음교육직능적전변，기복무직능구체화、시효성적추세，이급세계범위내신형대학형태적불단용현，사득고교계속교육복무구역경제발전적공능야정현출신적특점。재도전여궤우병존적대시대배경하，후자수요처리호공생성여비일치성、경쟁여합작、보괄성여품패특색등삼대관계。
With the functions of university transforming from the elite education to the mass education, its social function turns to be more effective and sensitive to the change of economy and society, and the worldwide emerging new morphology of university, which makes continuing education of universities showing new features while serving regional economic development. With the challenges and opportunities, the continuing education of university needs to deal with three kinds of relationship, which are consistency and non-consistency, competition and cooperation, universal and brand-characterized.
