人口老龄化问题越来越引起社会各界的广泛关注，本文以人口老龄化为研究背景，从人口老龄化的指标入手，对辽宁省人口老龄化的特征进行了研究，发现辽宁省人口老龄化程度日趋加强，表现为老年抚养指数明显增强，少儿抚养指数明显降低。然后，本文结合寿险需求理论，提出人口老龄化会引起居民对寿险产品需求的增加，并结合辽宁省寿险产品保费收入情况，对人口老龄化导致寿险需求增加的问题进行了实证研究，认为人口老龄化会使居民对寿险需求的渴望程度增强，寿险产品开发和发展有一定的需求空间和需求市场。

The problem of aging population is becoming more and more concerned, based on an aging population as the research background, this paper analyze the character and the present situation of the population aging in Liaoning province. We found that, as the elderly dependency ratio increased and child dependency ratio decreased, which implied that the population of Liaoning province aging quickly. Then, combining with the life insurance demand theory, this paper puts forward an aging population will increase residents demand for the life insurance product.Connecting with the life insurance premium income products in Liaoning province, we analyze the aging of population lead to life insurance demand increasing problems in the empirical research, and found, an aging population will increase the life insurance demand, the life insurance product development has a certain demand space and demand market.
