本文通过对我国社会组织带动就业的数量、就业弹性、就业结构和工资的分析发现:我国社会组织中就业人数总量巨大,且逐年增加,但所占比重偏小;社会组织增长的就业弹性呈上升趋势,社会团体的就业弹性呈增长趋势,而民办非企业单位和基金会的就业弹性呈下降趋势;各省社会组织数量、就业人数与其GDP、人口总数、教育经费都密切相关等。文章最后对促进社会组织就业提出了对策。

International experience shows that social organization is an important employment sector. Our country employment population cardinal number is huge~ and employment issue is outstanding. Therefore studying on the effects of social organizations driving employment is very important. This paper mainly discussed about the quantity, coefficient of e- lasticity, structure and salary of social organization driving employment The number of employees in social organiza- tions is tremendous, and increasing year by year, but the proportion is small. The employment elastic coefficient of social organization growth showed an upward trend, in various types of social organizations, the elastic coefficient of social groups is rising, while private non--enterprise units and the foundation showed a downward trend. It is closely related between the number and employees of social organizations and the GDP, population, and education funds in provinces. The salary of practitioners is very low in social organizations and the proportion of female and highly educat- ed people is not high, while the employment age structure there is relatively reasonable.
