本文在考察分析商业银行理财产品市场的基础上，从货币政策传导机制的角度分析了银行理财产品大规模发行对家庭金融资产结构和货币政策有效性产生的影响，并指出金融监管部门对商业银行资本充足率要求的变化、对高风险银行理财产品发行实行审核制度、对政信合作、银信合作、银保合作理财产品实行制度约束以及严格审批金融机构的市场准入，都会影响银行理财产品市场的发展，进而对家庭金融资产调整和货币政策有效性产生影响。
本文在攷察分析商業銀行理財產品市場的基礎上，從貨幣政策傳導機製的角度分析瞭銀行理財產品大規模髮行對傢庭金融資產結構和貨幣政策有效性產生的影響，併指齣金融鑑管部門對商業銀行資本充足率要求的變化、對高風險銀行理財產品髮行實行審覈製度、對政信閤作、銀信閤作、銀保閤作理財產品實行製度約束以及嚴格審批金融機構的市場準入，都會影響銀行理財產品市場的髮展，進而對傢庭金融資產調整和貨幣政策有效性產生影響。
본문재고찰분석상업은행리재산품시장적기출상，종화폐정책전도궤제적각도분석료은행리재산품대규모발행대가정금융자산결구화화폐정책유효성산생적영향，병지출금융감관부문대상업은행자본충족솔요구적변화、대고풍험은행리재산품발행실행심핵제도、대정신합작、은신합작、은보합작리재산품실행제도약속이급엄격심비금융궤구적시장준입，도회영향은행리재산품시장적발전，진이대가정금융자산조정화화폐정책유효성산생영향。
On the basis of analyzing Commercial banks＇s financial products, this paper studies the influence of issuance of large scale of financial products on household asset structure and the effectiveness of monetary policy. It also points out that the change of requirement from the regulatory authority on the capital adequacy ratio, the verification system applied to financial products from high risk banks, the application of market restraint on government-trust cooperation, bank-trust cooperation and bank-insurance cooperation, and the strictly monitored market entry for financial institutions will have impact on the development of financial products and then on the asset adjustment of household financial assets and the effectiveness of monetary policy.
