农民工作为继续教育重要的生源资源之一,其参与学习的愿意对继续教育的可持续发展以及对当前开放大学的建设有着直接的影响。利用浙江省11个地市1110份农民工调查问卷数据,基于继续教育生源资源视角,运行效用与层次分析框架,采用Logistic回归方法,对影响农民工参与继续教育学习意愿的主要因素进行分析。模型结果显示,农民工参与继续教育学习的意愿受个体、家庭、职业和学习组织特征等因素的影响,其中年龄、文化程度、家庭规模、就业区域、工作单位稳定性、学习费用、培训内容和学习预期对其影响显著,而性别、婚姻、月收入和学习方式对其影响不显著,并依此得出相应的研究结论与启示。在此基础上,对农民工参与开放大学的学习以及开放大学的建设进行展望。

Whether migrant workers,one of the most important sources of further educational resources,want to participate in the study will directly affect the sustainable development of further education and the construction of Open University.From the perspective of students in further education and based on the utility and hierarchical framework,with survey data collected from 1110 migrant workers from 11 cities of Zhejiang province,analyses the main factors of affecting migrant workers ' willing to participate in further education with the Logistic regression model.The results show that the migrant workers ' willing to participate in further education is affected by individuals,family,occupation and leaning organization characteristics and other factors,among which age,educational background,family size,employment areas,work stability,leaning costs,training content,learning expectations have significant influences on it,but gender,marital status,income level,learning style have no significant influences.And on this basis,the existing problems of migrant workers' education are further discussed before some conclusions and enlightenments are drawn on migrant workers' willing to participate in further education.Finally,an outlook to the study and the construction of migrant workers to participate in the Open University is included.
