在介绍石漠化涵义及危害、西南八省综合治理进程及初步成效的基础上，分析了南水北调中线水源地河南省境内的淅川县、邓州市、西峡县和内乡县的石漠化状况，从生态修复、水资源安全和改善民生3个方面指出了石漠化治理的必要性；以科学发展观为指导，从统筹水资源安全与水源地经济发展、民生改善的宏观视角，研究提出了石漠化治理的有效途径。
在介紹石漠化涵義及危害、西南八省綜閤治理進程及初步成效的基礎上，分析瞭南水北調中線水源地河南省境內的淅川縣、鄧州市、西峽縣和內鄉縣的石漠化狀況，從生態脩複、水資源安全和改善民生3箇方麵指齣瞭石漠化治理的必要性；以科學髮展觀為指導，從統籌水資源安全與水源地經濟髮展、民生改善的宏觀視角，研究提齣瞭石漠化治理的有效途徑。

Based on introduction of the concept and harm of rocky desertification, the comprehensive treat- ment process and preliminary results of the eight provinces in Southwest China, the status quo of rocky desertifica- tion of water source site was analyzed in this paper in Henan section of Xichuan County, Dengzhou City, Xixia County and Neixiang County in the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, while the necessity of rocky desertification control was pointed out from three aspects of ecological restoration, water resources security and improving people＇ s livelihood, and finally the effective way to rocky desertification governance was put forward guided by the scientific outlook on development and from the macro perspective of planning water resources safety, economic development of water source site as a whole and the improvement of people＇ s livelihood.
